commendations of valor

I opened my small collectibles bag and hit the gather button and all of my commendations of valor from my main pack disappeared and did not go into the bag. They are just gone.

I opened my small collectibles bag and hit the gather button and all of my commendations of valor from my main pack disappeared and did not go into the bag. They are just gone.

After contacting in game support, moving my bags around in my backpack inventory un-hid the valors in the bag.
