If it's any consolation, I built a PDK FVS TWF War hammer Build...It looks so goofy holding two of those huge hammers, I can imagine what it would be like on a halfling!

You can make anything effective in this game.

If I were to make a warhammer build however itd be a dwarf, throw your weight around enhc making CON the damage modifier makes for one beefy rog or druid(wouldn't work in animal forms), just make sure to take enough dex for gtwf if you go that route, and max out CON ofc.

If I wanted to uberfy the dwarf warhammer build I mentioned id make him 8fighter/2monk/10 rog or druid or whatever, kensai center the warhammers, mountain con stance for more damage from throw weight around, crazy mountain crits and special moves, could even go one monk if you prefer 11 in primary class.

No matter what 3rd class is youre doing some major damage and will have a ton of health.

Idk whether there is a Mac port of the planner. You could ask in his Character Planner thread.

Boooring.

OP, make that flamingo. Avoid assimilation.

8 or more fighter, 6 or more monk, some pally for saves, or a divine class for some more sp, healing, especially at epic levels with cocoon, get empower healing feat, oh yeah halfling use the dragon mark feats should have feats to spare with more fighter levels, anyway if you have duel citw warhammers its win once you get to level 23, run around in LD smash in knee caps.

We don't need more of these!

Flavor all the way.

do war hammers work in a druid form ?

In general I agree with the 6 monk, but there are so many ways to get decent incorporeal sometimes I prefer the 10 or 11 in another class, especially if caster. Ive actually made quite a few builds with 4 monk lately, don't think that's a popular splash atm, but for a few builds its very strong.

I have decided halfling already i like it in the case of what I'm going not quite sure would like to go some rogue was thinking pure 20 but ehhhhh and then monk splash and centering would be great like really great:P so with that yes it would take me to fighter to become focused with that but we will see:P

If Halfling is a must (and nothing wrong with that, youll do some crazy sneak damage), and you want to go the kensai centered combo deal, you may want to consider ranger as 3rd class, 8fighter/1monk/11ranger would give you a million feats, great manyshotting(especially if sneak), not forced to raise dex much since all twf feats granted unless you want the ranged feats that req dex. DWS offers a lot of sneak damage if you choose to go that route, tempest would get you to 100% offhand hits.

Rogue would certainly work rather than ranger if you choose, but it would be rougher on stats and less versatile attack wise. The skills are certainly nice tho. Either version would do well endgame.

I answered this in detail but the forum ate the post, too lazy to type it all again, so ill summarize.

Ele forms are great but req 13 lvls of druid at least for one, however just 3 lvls of druid gives fatal harrier and doublestrike action boost, great on any melee.

I built a halfling TWF dwarven waraxe rogue for fun. Skipped weapon finesse and pumped strength and dex in equal amounts to use Improved TWF. He was rather efficient, but I didn't play him much past level 10 because I already have two main toons I spend most of my time on.

Seeing this post makes me think I might jump back on him and see how far I can get with him.

Just curious why dwarven axes on a 2wf halfling?

Because experimentation is fun.

Basically, the -2 to strength can be made up by ability score boosts when leveling, and the difference of 2 lost dex boosts can be made up using the halfling ability line for only a point each, assuming you're combining halfling sneak attack boosts with assassin sneak attack training boosts. You also have all the luck and size bonuses that halflings get at the start.

I'm hoping that as he rises, he'll be as capable with hand-to-hand as he is with assassinate. Seeing how you have 7 feats by level 18, you can flavor it several different ways, though I wouldn't even try going with Whirlwind Attack until they fix it. My elf twf/finesse assassin uses an assassinate/sap/bluff-strike combo for multiple mobs, but I think the halfling might be just as capable, and produce more damage.

Even if it doesn't pan out by cap, I think it would be a fun experiment.

Oh, and the axes? It seems there's a lot more zombies in game than skellies, so I went with slashing.

edit: Come to think of it, why not a hammer feat, too?

oh ok, just the min max thing, thought if anyone who was not a dwarf was going to invest a feat in an exotic slashing weapon it would be a pesh or a bastard sword, b-sword for the citw one, not many nice named dwarven axes, but yeah experimentation is fun and the d-axe look might appeal more to some.

If you have the gear to pull of the dc's id go 14ranger/4pali/2fighter stunning blow build.(wouldn't work in ee as a halfling)
If you don't have the gear, go with 11ranger/2cleric/7monk.

yup. 2 cleric on any fast attacking build is very strong for vuln smite, 4 cleric not bad either, especially if using a weapon from cleric favored weapon list. That would be longsword for Halfling unfortunately.
