Is Favor cumulative?

I have two different toons started up and I noticed each one has their own favor. So to unlock Drow I have to get 400 favor on one toon? Can't add up multiple toons favor to achieve?

Every favor unlock is on one toon only. Favor from multiple toons never adds up.

Also, it does not add up if you do normal, hard and then elite. Only the highest applies.

so if you do norm and get 3 and then do hard and get 5 = you only have 5.

lastly the good news, once you unlock something on a server it unlocks account wide.

Each toon has his own favor.
Drow require 400 favor, that's on ONE toon. But when you reach 400 favor, you unlock drow FOR THE SERVER. That means you can play a drow with any of your toons on this server

Also, you gain some Turbine Point.
There are milestone where you gain TP the first time you reach x favor on A SERVER.
You also gain 25 TP each 100 favor ,for each toon

Example
You go on Server A
You create toon 1.
You do some quest and reach 5 favor => You gain 50 TP
You play more and reach 25 favor => You gain 25 more TP
You create toon 2 on same server
Toon 2 reach 5 favor => You gain nothing
You create toon 3 on another server (server B)
Toon 3 reach 5 favor => You gain 50 TP
Now back to toon 1, you play and reach 100 favor=> 25 TP
You play toon 2 up to 100 favor You gain 25 more TP

You can unlock drow on your first toon, it's valid for that server from then on, and you'll net 200 TP.
You can then create a drow character, play only that from 0 to 1000 favor and unlock veteran level 4 start. When it's at 400 favor you'll have 300 TP total, you're not getting the first time bonus TP again, but you will get the bonus from the 500 and 1000 favor milestones as it's the first time you get them, so when it's at 1000 favor you've gained 600 TP total from that server.


And THEN you could even delete both of those, and create a fresh level 4 drow on that server.

And after that, you could go through the same procedure again on another server, after which you'd have two servers you can start level 4 drow on, and 1200 TP.


Favor rewards do add up, unlocks per server and TP all over.


I have just recently unlocked 32 point builds on one server with a drow character, I'm planning to LR my other toon there (not drow) into a 32 point build since that's now unlocked. (It'd need a feat swap anyway, and I already used the free one on that toon.)

Yes, buying the unlocks from the store unlock on all servers.

Though, unless you have friends who play on different servers, you're probably better served just buying additional character slots for your main server (if you need more) than account-wide unlocks for all servers, and then rolling toons on several servers that cant benefit from, ie, shared stash, etc.
