Morphic Arrow

With the AA enhancement Morphic Arrow, seeming it's adding slashing dmg etc to it, does that mean if I had 1 feat slot spare for improved critical, i could take improved crit slashing to allow for melee weapons and while Morphic Arrow is active still get the improved crit for my ranged seeming it has slashing dmg added to it?

No, the way IC feats work is different, every IC feat has a list of weapon types they are working on, they don't check what damage type those weapons have (like Sireth has piercing + slashing, but is affected by IC: bludgeoning, because it is a qstaff. It is confusing, because some effects (like Pulverizer in LD) work differently, and they do check the actual damage type (and on that note, morphic arrows + pulverizer works just fine, but sireth + pulverizer for example does not).
