I have never ever rolled druid before. So I know nothing about it. But was thinking about 8/6/6 druid/monk/ranger fully ranged build. How much is it viable? Or is there any better split for ranged druid?

I would go for 13 druid 6 monk 1 ranger.

for 13 druid you get an elemental form and access to level 7 spellls.

Define "viable." What do you want outta those druid lvls?

Oh, well, in that case, do whatever the heck you want. Monk 6 / rgr 6 gets most of what you need to be a monkcher; just add IPS & GTWF (if you melee at all). Anything else is just gravy on the side.
