Help me with a Quest please

I read in one of the posts here about a quest your supposed to do before level 4 but I can't find it again. Anyone know what I am talking about?

(do you remember WHY you should run it before lvl 4? Leveling is so fast in low levels, there's not much reason to give those quests more than a though)

No clue. The only thing I can think of that is level restricted is the short Dialogue quest with the harbor guard they added with U19. Other than that, I am sorry :(

Dont' sweat it, there's nothing of consequence that you can't run over level later on.
