Hello I'm new to this game and I'm looking for a good monk build i finally got 32 point build on my 18 barb and now I'm looking to make a few characters. Any pointers would be nice too for barb or monk or artificer since I'm also doing an arti.

Hi, welcome to DDO and congrats on unlocking 32-pt builds thru Favor (or so I presume). :)
Monks already have the highest base saves of any class, but if you're looking for ways to boost those higher (apart from gear, buffs, etc. which anyone can get), you have a few options:
Take a pally 2 splash for Divine Grace (adds CHA bonus to saves)
Choose dwarf (up to +5 to saves vs spells), halfling (up to +4 to all saves), or half-elf w/pally dilly (up to +5, doesn't stack w/Divine Grace)
Take pal / ftr 6 and add defensive stance for +3 to saves (as well as +25 PRR +threat); main drawback is losing access to higher-lvl monk abilities (in particular Quivering Palm, which is hella OP on a WIS build but req's monk lvl 15).

If you've got the bladeforged iconic race, consider making a 16monk/2paladin/2fighter. You'll get good saves, great self healing and adequate dps / tactical dc's.
If you haven't got the iconic race yet, I'd recommend a human 16monk/2druid/2fighter. The self healing and saves won't quite be as good in heroics, but once you reach epic levels the self healing will catch up and the dps will be slightly ahead.

Actually given you've just unlocked 32point builds, I doubt you'll have iconics or druids ><
This isn't the most optimized build around for beginners, but it'll be pretty ok, a pure monk will be slightly easier to level from 16-20 but this build will be easier to level from 20-28.
If you've got Druid or Favored soul take take either instead of Cleric at level 1 and 19 (I only listed cleric as it's free to play, fvs and druid are both better choices imo)
This build requires you to get a +2 dex tome by level 13, and a +2 str tome by level 20.
When you get +3 or better tomes in dex/str/con & wis, come back to the forums and don't use your free heart of wood before then (if possible)
