Human Paladin and Fighter defender enhancement questions

I am about to TR into my third life and am wanting to continue my AC tank build. (I'm not looking for opinions on this, so please save that. I enjoy the role and will continue to play it on this character.)
I am looking at the enhancement trees for the Pally Sacred Defender and the Fighter Stalwart Defender and want to know about the particular enhancements that seem identical to each other, and whether they stack.
I have veteran 2, so I was able to determine pretty easily via a new character that Paladin "Sacred Shield Mastery"(% shield AC) and "Sacred Armor Mastery"(AC) DO stack with Fighter "Stalwart Shield Mastery"(% shield AC) and "Stalwart Defensive Mastery"(AC).
Even with the lowbie boat shield I was able to see the shield AC bonus increase when adding and increasing each enh.
The over all AC went up as well for the Armor and Defensive ones.

What I'm not able to determine without leveling this character up more is whether or not the following ones also stack.
This will be a human build, so there's a question about a Human enh as well.

So, to my specific questions...
Will the Human "Fighting Style->Shield Mastery" stack with the already proven Pally and Fighter enhancements of the same type(% shield AC)?
Will the Fighter Tier 4 "Reinforced Defense->Reinforced Armor" stack with the Paladin Tier 4 "Reinforced Defense->Reinforced Armor"?

Before my new character experiment, my gut was telling me "No dummy, this is DDO, identical benefits don't stack", but then I actually proved that some of them do. So I have to know about the rest.

This will primarily be a Paladin build, but since they are light on the feats, I am seeing what I can get away with by way of Fighter levels to maximize AC(primary goal), and add a bit of DPS if possible(secondary goal).
With the options I'm looking at that raised the above questions, it is looking like a Pal16/Ftr4 build. I would miss out on Glorious Stand and capstone, so I want to know the trade off. If they won't stack, then an 18/2 split would be my fall back. (don't have Monk, so no suggestions please)

Does anyone have direct experience with these enhancements to know if they stack? No guesses, please, as I proved my own guess wrong.

I went ahead and tried a character on lammania and they all do in fact stack (I was surprised about the reinforced armor) Reinforced armor stacking may not be WAI since they have the same name so I'm not sure I would design a build around it. It's also really expensive AP wise. For 27 AP spent in stalwart the level 28 toon I tried it on only gained around 15 AC and 3% dodge over just spending in sacred defender.

I fulling intend to take all the way up to Tier 5 in Sacred Defender, can't pass up the additional +6 to STR and CON. Was just curious about the Fighter AC enhancements.
That additional +15 would take my character, assuming all things equal, up to ~176AC.

Would you share some details on your build as to how you got your AC so high? I have a pure Paly at level 11 with 75 AC and do not see how to get anywhere close to your number.
