Which spells do you prefer as your healing spells?

I was at first keeping regenerate in the top spot, but as I'm reading now and looking at how the metas affect them, it seems that greater vigor does more outright healing than regenerate. Though, regenerate does a few things vigor does not. And then there is heal also.

Which do you carry and why? (Please also state if you are talking about a caster or melee build in case that is a factor.)

Thanks.

During my life as a Wolf Melee build I found I had the following preferences

Individual (self)
1. Regenerate for most healing needs
2. Heal for burst healing

Group Healing
1. Regenerate Mass for in battle healing
2. Vigor for hallway running healing.

I run with quite a few healing spells prepped. Wolf melee, caster.

Greater vigor, unmeta'd - 15 mana so as a wolf when I get a shrike proc cost nothing, use this for topping off
Lesser vigor mass, unmeta'd - 25 mana Aoe top off healing spell, great for keeping group up
Cure serious, empower healing, 22 mana middle ground healing if big heals are on cooldown
heal, empower and quickened, 60 mana I need health now
mass regenerate, empower healing and quicken, 60 mana? I use this the most, don't even slot the normal regenerate as it is 10 mana less but not mass.
Cocoon all metas, second heal spell basically 150+first tic of 200, great for line of sight, great for topping off, great for people you can't heal well normall (warforged, palemasters), not good when incoming damage will drop shield and lessen the healing, then you use vigor
