Does the Completionist Feat function like a Tome might? Can I use the +2 bonus that it gives to all feats to unlock other feats that I (at that time) wouldn't have the stats for?

Example:

I have 15 Dex before taking Completionist, afterwards I have 17. Would I be able to take Manyshot through Completionist?

Disclaimer: I don't have a completionist character, thus I could be wrong.

Afaik, no: Completionist feat doesn't count towards feat requirements.

Completionist does count for prereqs towards stats required for feats like manyshot, OC and ET if you take it. Just keep in mind if you change out the completionist feat, you lose the other feats.

And why in the nine hells of abys would anyone do that ? :o Taking this feat is nobrainer ... its superior to every other feat in game. Ok maybe epic toughnes gives more HP. Completionist doesnt give you spell penetration and doesnt give you spellpower as some epic fets do. But seriously ... I cant think of a toon that cant squeeze it into their 7 heroic feats build just because there is 7 other better feats :D
I believe any completionist takes this feat immediately when available ;)

No it does not.

Completionist grants you a +2 feat bonus to your stats etc.

epic stat feats and enhancements also give you a + feat bonuses to your stats.

The only things that count towards feat pre reqs:

Base stat
inherent bonuses
level ups (which actually count as base stats)
