So my ultimate monk build... first off might look like it has flaws but it doesn't. If you think about it as long as I have, 20 monks are obsolete.
Pure 20 Monks miss out on quite a few things that can easily be solved with class splits, in which I think that I've found the perfect of.
This build is compiled of complete and utter versatility, and by that I mean to be able to out tank, out dps, and out ranged (If wanted) any
other build.
12/4/4 Human Is the best way I can add it up.
Human - 20% Dmg boost, +4 saves boost (not GH), +1 con, +1 cha, and healing amp.
12 Monk - Quivering Palm, Stunning Fist, Kukan-Do, Abundant Step. + .5 dice, Master of forms (1 feat to grandmaster)
4 Ranger - Bow Strength, TWF, Rams Might, Precise shot (Archers Focus, activated with putting a bow in main-hand which pumps out an extra 15% to dmg O.o)
4 Paladin - Saves (cha mod), Lay on Hands (4) (hits me for almost 500), Smite Evil, Angel Skin, Divine Favor, and Divine Might (Str from Cha mod).
Stats - (36 pt)

Many things to question:
1- 12 Monk does not get you Quivering Palm, 15 levels of Monk does.
2- You included completionist in the stat break down, yet you don't pick it as a feat.
3- How can you out-range any other build if you don't have many shot, 10k stars, or anything that can add to your ranged damage? There's no ranged option listed.
4- Could you provide your current or ideal gear layout? A lot of your listed 'highlights' are based around gear and buffs that don't seem sustainable. I'd also check your math on some of the stat totals.
5- Why so many toughnesses? And the choice of power critical as a feat? I don't think many builds opt to take that at all, 4 seeker on a handwrap build is pretty underwhelming. Maybe you could drop some of those feats to take manyshot or something. You don't even have GTWF selected.
6- Lay on hands as your only self heal? You could probably invest in UMD for heal scrolls or even better, drop a toughness for empower heal (4 paladin levels) and pump out cocoon.
Don't mean to be such a debbie downer but it has too many flaws to be called the ultimate monk build.

QP requires Monk Level 15. You may have been thinking about it a long time, but think longer.

Without regards to the use of your build, I can tell you that you won't be out DPSing well built DPS focused Monkchers.
You take Point Blank Shot, but you take no further ranged feats, specifically Manyshot or 10K-Stars. In other words, you have no ranged burst DPS. This will hurt your build a lot when you have the room to take the feats needed to make use of them.
Also, How do you out range everything else without taking max ranged feats?(Taking the completely changed your build into a regular Monkcher...)
Your stats are extremely unrealistic, and thus skew the builds actual abilities.
You list Madstone as a source of Str and Con; while this works in certain raid situations, using madstone outside of heroics with a dedicated healer is a very bad idea. Not being able to self heal while using them is terribad. Not to mention, how do you maintain Tenser's and other buffs when you can't cast?
You also list +3 insightful str, but this doesn't stack with DM...
I can't tell where your levels up are going?
You only take up to Improved GTWF?
Because you won't be out DPSing Monkchers, and you don't max intim you won't be tanking much of anything without constantly losing agro.

Must be the ultimate monk to bypass about 3-4 feats, while being in at least 2 destinys and monk stances at the same time, on top of that simulating 3 extra heroic levels.
btw if u think a human starting with 15 wis and 2 stat points will give you 74 in QP DC, I would love to see that breakdown.

Cocoon can be used while madstoned, as well as SF pots. So healing is covered... at least as well as it is for any other monk-based build.

Eh, that just doesn't cover it for me.
SF pots are out of the question. They are just horribad in every way.
And cocoon is nice, except for those moments when you use it while you're at 200HP, it goes on a 12 second cooldown, and a mob hits you and knocks all the temp HP off. Suddenly you have no way to heal yourself at all because you're stupid enough to you madstone boots outside of a raid with a dedicated healer? No thanks.

you're stupid
You might want to cool it down a bit with the hyperbole there. Sure, I get that you don't like madstones. But to call anyone who uses them stupid is just not OK. Vast swaths of this game, including epic elites, can be soloed while using madstones.
Also, the words are horrible and terrible. They already mean really, really bad. So adding bad at the end is redundant, at best.

In todays game, yes. You are making a very stupid decision if you use Madstones Boots in EE's without a dedicated healer. It's not worth the risk.
And I find nothing wrong with calling people stupid, if they make dumb decisions.
I wasn't using hyperbole, I was stating the truth.
As someone who used Madstone Boots on a Monkcher in EE's for months because she didn't want to use anything else, I am speaking from experience that it's stupid to use them. I was stupid to use them for as long as I did.

Actually, those are opinions. Facts (aka truth) can be proven objectively using data. From what I've seen in this thread, you would do well to learn the difference between opinion and fact, especially if you're going to declare anyone who disagrees with your opinions stupid.
