Eldritch strike/tempest double hit whit twf?

Wondering if anyone has tested to see if either EK strike double hits when wielding 2 weapons.

Wondering if anyone has tested to see if either EK strike double hits when wielding 2 weapons.

Just as an FYI to those interested neither double proced after 50+ uses on the ship training dummy with 2 weapons equipped but no feats. This would indicate that neither do unless it is a sub effect of the feats themselves.
