...and it is no one person's fault. Trying to figure out who was the gimp, who was the ignoramus, who was the reason we wiped, is counterproductive and spoils all the fun you have playing together. I was in a group last night that went into Madstone Crater on Epic Hard. We didn't really discuss the game plan, so the group got split up and part of the group got killed in the fight with the the skeletal guardians of the first seer. The rest of us got killed going in and trying to collect their soul stones. Well, no name calling, no accusations, we just called out and went back in, this time on Epic Normal and talking about how we would approach it. This time we did much better, but still failed while protecting the third seer during the crystal ritual. Again, no name calling and no accusations. We had fun, even though we did not finish the dungeon. I would certainly run with any of the other party members again. This seems to me to be what the game is about. It's not winning at all costs. It's having fun together.
