View Full Version : What Epic Destinies?

Ok so I have been playing a LONG time but never got into the epic destiny stuff. I am now 20 again after multiple sorc/wiz/fvs lives. What epic destiny should I go for and what lvl should I focus on epic destiny xp? How do I twist stuff in and what twists should I do? Plz use simple simple directions lol. Again I have NEVER done ANY epic destiny stuff so any help would be appreciated.

Also as a side note - Should I even try to keep my elite or hard streak going? Or do I just focus on Epic Normal stuff for awhile?

Skipping a lot of your questions for the moment due to time constraints (lunch break, back to work shortly):



What epic destiny should I go for


All of them. Destiny levels give you Fate Points, which give you Twist of Fate slots, which you really want. Don't stress out about farming to max them all immediately or anything, but do think about working your way through all of them. And as you use them all, you can figure out on your own which ones suit you. Make up your own mind, but conventional wisdom would suggest Shiradi and Draconic; they both synergize well with a Sorc. They play a bit differently from each other, so one might suit you more.



Also as a side note - Should I even try to keep my elite or hard streak going? Or do I just focus on Epic Normal stuff for awhile?


Both stints I've done at Epic levels, as a Sorc and as a FvS, I kept my Elite streak going the whole time. But I'm a glutton for punishment, plus well-geared, on channels with top-notch folks who can carry my gimpness, etc.. However, even if you're not a well-endowed masochist, you should have no trouble at all keeping an Epic Hard streak going, and the extra XP is worth it.

Might be me but I've no idea what class you are.

Anyway, go with Epic Hard streak. EE streak is not worth it even if you are in a top-notch channel.

Draconic Incarnation or Shiradi Champion

Personally, I prefer Draconic, but Shiradi seems to be the go to Destiny now for Sorcs.
