Before the enhancement revamp, a pure spellsinger was a really nice bet for a haggle toon, as it had a potential +4 haggle from enhancements and additional bonuses to Charisma. The enhancements have changed, and I am wondering what's the best bet for a toon which isn't dead weight while leveling to 20 or 28, and which achieves a decent (say, 80ish) amount of haggle.
Are there better options than a fire savant with a splash for 2 other classes which offer haggle enhancements (monk, rogue, barb or druid)?
In particular, I am interested in non-iconic options.
