Ranking mechanism problem

I've just logged on a level 7 toon after update 20.

After the XP changes she is level 7 plus 3 ranks.

Going to the enhancement system she is listed as having 24 action points, all spent. Shouldn't that now be 27???

You might need to try doing a complete enhancement reset to get it to notice the missing AP. That or try gaining another rank to see if that recalculates it.

I'm not sure about ranks, but I was 83 ranks last night, and 92 today. Which is fine by me, except that the 100xp token from my daily roll claimed I'd have enough XP to level to 20.

There was not, but there might be something there worth taking a look at...
