IIRC, all promised Mabar fixes are supposed to be part of Update 20.

Turbine couldn't find enough willing to work over the holiday so they contracted some from the Elder Scrolls series.

Some Mabar fixes are supposed to be on live but the Vampire fixes are for all Vampires in DDO, not just Mabar, and are in Update 20.

It should be clarified that it is the regular vamps that spawn that are invisible. The red named ones are working fine. Also, the mummies are still on their backs. Red named works fine with this group as well
