12F/6M/2P Looking for Advice.

Just coming back to the game and looking to start up my next life on my main toon. I have been away for quite some time so I wanted something that I could Farm Epics with when I got to that level. Tell me what you think and what you would suggest that I change. This will be my 1st build with the new enhancement pass so if I am missing something obvious, sorry about that.

Wanted to get a feeling for how this would play out in a Full Level 28 Build.

Things that I believe that this Build will be very good at are:
Evasion + Saves
High Dodge 25%+
Shadow Veil
High DPS

Couple of Questions on this if anyone can answer them for me.

1: On the Char Planner it shows extra fighter feats in the Epic Levels. I do not get those in game correct?

2: Does the 5% Doublestrike from PTWF proc on a Two Handed Weapon

3: Will there be any way for this charicter to gain SP to use Rejuvination Cocoon? If so, How?

4: Would it be worth it for me to push UMD on this build to gain the use of Recon Scrolls and the Like?

2-Yes

5-(extra). I see you list 3 twist. you only get a max of 3.

I would dump WIS for more CON; if you're worried about Will saves, pick up FoP. This would also let you pick up eToughness if you start base CON 17. Rather than Whirlwind, I'd drop the pre-reqs and take GWS plus some tactics feats instead (tho you still need CE for Imp Trip). If this is Yet Another Earth Stance Kensei, I also recommend picking up Iron Skin from Shintao for +15 PRR.
