Bravery Bonuses not being rewarded

Quest entry/ difficulty setting window says I am eligible for bravery bonuses (current streak is now 7 on hard). I noticed this while running epic gianthold. I posted an ingame request for support; gm contacted me saying "nothing he could do" and that I should log a bug report - I did, got a generic response saying they were looking into it. I since went to Wheloon to run those quests in the hope that the problem was just associated with gianthold, but has carried over there as well. Havent seen anything on the forums regarding this. Anybody else?

Have you run these quests on heroic earlier in the life? Any completion of the quests will render you unable to get Bravery/Streak bonuses, even if you completed on heroic and are now doing the epic versions.

yep...i ran all of them on heroic levels. **** - didnt know that was an element of the mechanic. Anyway thanks for the reply.

No problem. It does seem counter intuitive to me, too, but the problem is at least much less now that the repeat counter reset over time. Before, if you farmed von3 on heroic, you would only get first time bonuses on the epic version, after which you'd be stuck on the high repeat penalty you ended up with after heroic levels.
