Hey folks. :)


I'm thinking of doing a little Bridge Trivia Time tomorrow around 3pm EST. I'd gather a bunch of trivia questions from pop-culture, TV & movies, D&D + DDO, video-games, etc. Basically fun stuff that a buncha gamers should be able to throw down on.



Rules:
Must be on the Bridge to be be given credit for the answer. I'll be on the Bridge on the side nearer the Bank. First person to both answer correctly via /tell and /wave to me will be announced as having answered properly.

Place:
Wayfinder server, Marketplace 1, Bridge going from the Bank to the Market Tent.

Why:
For the goofy fun of it and supporting a worthwhile endeavor. :)

PRIZES! :
I'll post the winner(s) in this thread shortly after the event, as well as a snapshot of the winners in all their Trivia-Champion Splendor!
This along with Bragging Rights that you were able to best Memnir at his own game!


So, come on out. Show support for fellow gamers who are hoping to get the Devs' attention and let them see that this kind of change is not supported by DDO players. This is not a time to be passive - let your opinion matter. And in the process, let's have a little fun doing it. :) It's a good cause - but it need not be solemn, right?

Well, this is embarrassing... and probably why I shouldn't do off-the-cuff things while sleepy.



I goofed, folks - and I'm sorry. The Trivia Event will start at 1:00pm EST. I live in the Pacific time zone, and dispite clearly posting that the Event would be at 12:00pm EST, I got it in my head that it'd be at noon PST because I am a deeply flawed human being. =/


I'll be ready at 1pm EST - about 40 min. from the time of this post.


I am SO SO SO sorry for the delay and confusion. I'll see everyone at the top of the hour.

Two Hours of Trivia Fun!
I had a total blast doing this - and am thinking about having a Round 2 tomorrow, Monday the 21st. This really was so much fun, and some of the folks involved were super fast with their answers.


The Score Card is as follows: Tintifax 9, Eishand 1, Ytteri 7, Underwire 7, Moonunit 5, Mollymillion 1, Keepthe 1, Stridsvagn 1, Shmetterling 1, Memnir: 2!
(I only got points for questions that stumped the collective audience)



Thank you so much to everyone who attended. Even the random call-outs were fantastic, and had me laughing a lot. :)

even though I didn't participate, it was fun watching. it was definitely something nice to have while we stand around for hours at a time. looking forward to it again tomorrow.
