Gearing a 18brd/2rog

Greetings,

I'm decent with building characters, but horrible with gear, if anyone could provide some suggestions.

The only gear I'm married to is Black Dragonscale set, the rest is flexible. No GS made for this character yet. He's a Maul-using Half-Orc that just hit epic on his "final" life.

I generally equip the stormsinger's cloak on all my bards. Outside of that, no real requirements for me. I don't know if it's a bug, but anthem still stacks with the spellsinger's song regen since u19.

gear is pretty much random loot now.

So cover your stats. +8 is a common now, even +10.

120% fort, With the black dragon set im assuming you melee so seeker 8,10.

Deadly 8 to 10, accuracy 8 to 10, resistance 8 to 10, purple dragon knight gloves 30% amp, bracers of convalescence 20% with parrying (Adds on some more stackable reflex saves.) umm maybe improved deception for forcing SA.

One slot your going to want to leave for your 45 hp and extra fluff. (Doesn't need to be heavy fort with 120% around on common gear making no rush toward unyielding for a twist)

Hmmm healing. Get yourself devotion and heal crit. This is what I find a struggle as I to love the black dragon set.. but the mask of comedy provides I believe 15% crit and a nice amount of devotion all in one slot. (This is gonna make ANYTHING you cast jack up. From your heal spell or cure crit, to expecially healing cocoon,)

If you wanted the helm you could take a red slot and slot devotion 90 there (got it on my epic antique) and then get an item with heal crit like the clerics ring from eveningstar.

hmm prr. I believe theirs a ring in that new content that gives a nice chunk so I'd use a ring slot for that. The epic feat for 10 prr, (not really a whole lot to go for in those and you already have forever haste in extended spell form) augment slot some more, and I think fotw gives another 6 you could twist tier 2.

Then of course every scroll known to man, tensers is nice.

Its just like the shroud mana regen items, you can have one weapon anthem item, one nonweapon anthem item, and one enhancement based song regen, and all stack. So if you have the rapier out of house D, the cloak from lordsmarch, and level 18 spellsinger core, you should get 3 songs back every 5 minutes.
