In principle it's similar to a cleric/rogue build.

How many rogue levels you take is up to you, but in general 2 levels of rogue should do (for evasion). As rogue skills you'll probably want to train disable device, search, spot and maybe pick lock.

That's at least 7 skillpoints to train rogue skills when advancing as druid (2 disable device, 2 search, 2 pick locks, 1 spot). 5 Skillpoints if you don't care for pick locks. You might need more skillpoints to train things like concentration and heal (or anything else you need for your specific build).

How many build points do you want to invest in intelligence? An intelligence score of 16 would be fine if you don't care with maxing all relevant skills. Tomes and other goodies come in handy. If you have a spare +2 intelligence tome you could use that as soon as you reach level 7. So you'll benefit from it when reaching level 8.

It's possible to ignore dexterity and instead invest the points in intelligence. The feat "insightful reflexes" is your friend and intelligence will affect your reflex saves. It just boils down to how good a trapper you want to be.

The easier choices are human and drow. Human for the bonus feat and the bonus skill point. With drow you can have higher charisma, intelligence and dexterity scores with less build points. But any other race should be acceptable as well.

p.s.
Dont't forget to start as rogue on level 1.
