Guys does quick draw allow faster swap between scrolls and weps too?

If not, is there any way to swap between scrolls and weapons faster?

quickdraw helps use throwing weapons faster (rate of fire increases using a returning weapon), so no, doesn't help you do what your asking. If you put the scroll to your hotbar...along with your weapon your using, you can switch between them faster than manuallly going to your inventory. You can have many hotbars showing at once....

the main purpose of this feat before ed release is faster switching weapon and scroll.. so i can only assume it still remain true to it's old purpose =P

it might be that that was it's purpose, but I had it on my old monkcher and it did not seem to do anything, or make the switches any faster.
Might be dependent on your conn, system etc. So YMMV.
