Critical Rage and Pulverizer Stack??/Primal Scream & Crit Rage??

While testing, I noticed that Critical Rage from Ravager does not work like the fighter and rogues increased threat range and is applied after (not before) improved crit is applied.

While this kinda deflates the power of Crit Rage in comparison to the others (as you need to be raged for it to apply while the other bonuses are constant), it would seem that Crit Rage should stack with Pulveriser from LD.

If this is true Mornh Should have a threat range of 13 - 20 X 3. However, it still seems that Blizzard wielder is still better off in fighter with same threat range...

The benefit of Ravager would then to be solely the use of multiple weapons with the extra threat range (bows and melee).

Also, Does Primal Scream allow Crit Rage as well as barb rage?

Your assumption regarding stacking Crit Range is correct.
Regarding your second question, the answer is, as far as I am aware, unfortunately no (I know, would be great to cast some form of heal while raged :D, well try warpriest's specialty strike with tier 4 improvement ;)).
