Glancing Blows

Can glancing blows critical hit? Wiki doesn't seem to have anything on it. :S

This isn't well known, as in there isn't a definitive resource to look to for answers, but here are my best guesses:

You can proc weapon effects (eg: Holy) on glancing blows. Some weapon effects like Maiming only trigger on critical hits, so logic would follow that you can get "critical glancing blows." Whether or not those crits actually multiply the glancing blow damage is another question. I tend to think they won't, but maybe they do. This can be tested but I haven't done so.

If glancing blows can crit, it's either going to be a separate roll for each glancing blow or they'll take their "crit status" from the actual blow that proc'ed the glancing blow. I tend to think it's the latter to reduce server load, but OTOH it would make more sense to give each glancing blow its own roll to determine to-hit since not all mobs have the same AC. This can also be tested, but again I haven't done so.
