DDO Wiki, Eveningstar Npcs, DDO Forums. Everything should update the list for tomes as end rewards to:
Sample rewards:
Normal (All on Normal)) - NO CHOICE, YOU EITHER GET Tumble +3 or Listen +3
Hard ((All + 17 points - 3 on Normal, 7 on Hard) - Choice of ONE +3 skill tome plus Tumble, Listen or Hide +3
Elite ((All + 25 points - 5 on Hard, 5 on Elite) - Choice of ONE +3 skill tome plus Tumble AND Listen/Hide
True Elite (All 30 points - all on Elite) - ??? - Choice of ONE +3 skill tome plus Tumble AND Listen AND Hide
Seriously, I turned in ALL Epic sagas, 4 on True Elite, 2 on Elite...and for ALL of them I got Tumble, Listen and Hide as rewards everytime. It was just like I had only once choice.
Maybe Turbine wants you to buy the tomes you want from the store -_-
