Is it possible to activate Quick Strikes's Bonus to Doublestrike, then swap weapons?

Hit 'em with Q-staff's Quick Strike, then press a key to instantly swap to a dagger weapon set? I wonder if that morale bonus to doublestrike would still apply.

Title should say "Quick Strike's" not Strikes's.
