Green Steel Tier 2 and 3 exceptional elemental resists - do they still stack?

Making a MinII helm personally, but I am curious if the Tier 2 and Tier 3 "Inherent [elemental] Resistance (Exceptional Bonus)" resistances still stack, or if they no longer do so.

Yes, they stack. My old GS resistance accessories are 30+10+5 where applicable.
