Changes to Deep Woods Stalker don't merit patch notes?

Just wondering why the changes to the DWS line weren't mentioned in the patch notes(or did I miss something)? Seems like a fairly large adjustment and it didn't even get a bullet-point. I'm not even arguing for/against the changes, since I don't know the reasoning behind it, but it is going to affect a lot of people. Seems like a note or two and maybe a free reset would have been in order(or even more if you were a healer that splashed ranger to get the healing perks).
