AND

2.) +2 to your wand dc's

Thank you both for posting this. I'm preparing to TR my first character, that happens to be a Wizard. I was confused by DDO Wiki's description, as to whether it was both +2 Spell Penetration & +2 DC strictly for wands, or +2 Spell Penetration for spells and +2 DC for just wands.
