Stalwart Defender and Sacred Defender: Do stance bonuses stack?

If I make a toon that has enough levels of both Ftr and Pal, can I get all the bonuses from both Defender trees? Are "Fighter Defense stance" and "Paladin Defense stance" two different stances?

I've recently tested this on Lammania and while you can have both stances active at the same time, the bonuses don't seem to stack. At least: the PRR doesn't stack, so I am assuming the other bonuses won't stack either.

I'm surprised it even lets you be in both stances at once. I wonder if you loose twice as many hit points from switching weapons if you take the higher tier enhancements. :p

Slight threadjack, but pre-U19, Divine Righteousness would stack with Stalwart Defender defensive stance, but not DoS stance; is that still the case now? If it is, then if you're making some sort of pal/ftr hate-tank, it makes some sense to take ftr SD and add in just enough pal SD to get Righteousness, esp. since it only req's pal lvl 3.

On a similar note, Sacred Defender, Stalwart Defender, and the Dwarf racial tree all have enhancements to boost AC as well as % boosts for armor or shield bonuses. Do these stack as well, or does it just take the highest from all the trees? A Dwarven Fighter/Pally could get some serious bonuses this way, which leads me to think they don't. Anyone know for sure?

AFAICT, passive (non-stance) bonuses from all three trees will stack with each other. Couldn't tell you if that's WAI or not, but I'll take advantage of it as long as I can. :)
