Musical Studies enhancement bugged?

I have Rgr 18/Bard 1. I just selected Musical Studies enhancement:

As you can see, I still have only 1 use of Inspire Courage. How come?

Yeah, it appears this is so. :( The spell points version seems to work fine, though.

I don't understand what you mean by spell points version?

And yeah, I'm also having the same issues. At lvl 4 my bard is still having 4 songs only, even after taking Musical studies 3/3.

The magical/musical studies is a multiselector enhancement. The magical studies enhancement grants 30 / 60 / 100 spell points. At tier three, you're effectively granted the Magical Training feat (i.e. regenerating spell points via Echoes of Power and +5% chance of spell critical).

Ah okies, I forgot about magical studies.

Hope the devs can fix this musical studies bug soon.

I haven't seen this on the known issues list. Has anyone tried it?

I'm seeing the same issue on a 14/6 bard-barian, not getting the extra songs from musical studies.
