Ten Thouand Stars Wis question

So I was playing a theory build on Lam yesterday and noticed that 10k Stars sucked compared to Manyshot. Can someone tell me at what Wis levels you get extra missiles? Any suggestions on how to make it not suck? I was getting glancing blows and not doing much damage.

Char deets: fighter/monk/pal with Zen Arch, 10k stars, manyshot, rapid shot, point blank shot, and improved crit: ranged.
Wis and Dex 28ish (can't log into lam right now to check) centered

Thanks forum search doesn't always work the way it should. Looks like Wis will have to be way higher to make 10k stars viable for the build I'm planning. Guess I can save a feat :)
