Trying to fix my ranger

So i have a ranger that i messed up on.

Its an aa.

Originally a helves angel - now i want mostly ranger

so i still have my free lesser reincarnation. i used the 20 heart of wood foolishly to get this so looking for some advice to make it better.

it is currently 14 ranger, 4 arti, 2 pally

it doesnt seem to be effiective in quests and i cant look at my feats atm.

help on feats/enhanments would be appreciated

Do you remember your leveling order? What race, tomes, etc.?

I think my order was something like

1 arti 10 ranger 2 pally 4 ranger 3 arti

Hmm, okay, so there are 11 feats (7 heroic + 1 arty + 3 epic) plus the two ED feats. I would start with: Power Atk, Cleave, GC, Improved Crit, Emp Heal, Quicken (arty), Overwhelming Crit. That leaves 4 to play with: e.g., khopesh prof, Toughness, Dodge, a few ranged feats (like PBS, Precision, & IC:Ranged), Blinding Speed OR Epic DR. ED feats: PTWF and, I dunno, Elusive Target maybe?

Primary ED would be FotW; for Twists I would pick up Rejuv Cocoon and Bane of Undeath (adds TUs, which lets you use Divine Might from KotC). Third Twist can be...Lay Waste? Imp Power Atk? Not sure what's the best choice here.

Skills: I would definitely max UMD & Heal; after that, it's a question of what you want and how many pts you're willing to put into INT.

Enhancements: haven't mapped them all out, but I would definitely spend at least 10 APs into DWS (for +75 Pos spellpower and +2D6 SA), 6 APs into Tempest for +10% offhand proc, 11 APs into KotC for max Divine Might (once you have BoU Twist).

I think you missed OP already used his LR +20 on this build; now he's looking to use his free LR to "salvage" it.
