Are other Assassin Rogues having this problem?

You assassinate DC is supposed to be 10 + lvl + INT Mod. Can Turbine not do math?? My lvl is 28 so with the 10+28 lvl (and my INT Mod of 20) my assassinate DC should be ~~58~~~ but is only a 56. Whats going on here? If I equip my EMG it goes up 2 points...but my base DC is still WRONG!!! Also stealthy in the Shadow Dancer is not adding anything to my assassinate DC at all as it is supposed to do. Anyone else having this problem??? I even did a lesser to try to fix it...but same problem and stealthy is still not working!!!!!

It's Rogue level, not character level which is taken into account for the DC, and Epic levels don't count as rogue levels:

10 (base) + 20 (rogue levels) + 20 (int mod) + 6 (stealthy) = 56.
