Shiradi gear

Here is a list of the gear I am using on my Shiradi Wiz/Mnk/FvS - far from perfect but not too bad.
The items marked # are new with U19. The rest are older stuff.

#Googles = 10 INT, 10 resist
Head = GS w/ 45 HP, Blur, +6 dex skills
Neck = Torc / # Wizardry X swap in initially
Trinket = Luck +3, Dodge 8%, Hvy Fort, Yellow slot w/ Vitality aug
#Docent = Deathblock V, 20% fire absorb (swapable to other types of absorb)
Cloak = GS w/ 150 SP, 6 WIS. 10 Diplo, 6 cha skills, con-opp
Bracers = 20% heal amp, sup parry, eldritch ritual
#Belt = -1 CHA, 10 CON, 45hp
#Ring = 24 PRR, 8 STR, Yellow slot w/ 2 Ins INT
Ring = Ghost, Blur, Move Silent 17, Color: +7 CHA (for diplo / UMD)
Boots = Striding 30%, FF, +15 Jump, 1 charge propulsion
Gloves = 7 STR, 30% heal amp, +2 Ins CON
#Weapon: Qstaff w/ 138 impulse, 138 recon, 19% Kinetic Lore, Potency

Most of all I reckon I lack Spellsight. Apart from that I consider it fairly decent with possible smaller upgrades.

Helm - EE Blue Helm +8 Int - Resistance +7 and Con +7
Necklace - EE Iron Beads - Spellcraft +11 (random cheap one on ASAH) and Exceptional Con +1
Trinket - +3 Int Planar Focus of Erudition with +1 Saves Ritual
Cloak - Epic Elite Jeweled Cloak - Cha +7 and Deathblock
Belt - eH Arkat's Cord - False Life +35 and Wisdom +2
Ring - Epic Ring of Elemental Essence - Blindness Immunity
Gloves - Mineral 2 - 35 HP 1 Cha Skills
Boots - Epic Corrosion - Str +7 14 PRR
Ring - Con 2 Dun Robar
Bracers - Str 2 Superior Parrying Large Guild Augment (SP)
Docent - Flawless Blue Docent Tier 3 - Good Luck +2
Goggles - Concordant Opp - 10 HP 150 SP 5 Cha Skills
Weapon-Twilight Tier 4 Combustion 120 Resonance 114

That is what I use. I just came back to the game and haven't updated my gear AT ALL yet. Haven't had the time to sit down and figure it out.
