What did you do with it?
Logged in and cd on it still has 10 more min, even though I activated it yesterday and logged off.
It seems that timer on cd stops now when you log off or maybe its a bug, anyone else noticed this?

Its always worked that way, the timer only counts down when you are logged in to that toon. It's a pain and a bit silly.

It did not work that way at MOTU's launch. It was changed to only recharge while logged in, after devs stabilized the mustering which could be interrupted/fail without an apparent reason.
