According to the tooltip, the Henshin enhancement "way of the clever monkey" gives +2 energy resistance, which increases by +2 at levels 3, 9, and 15. With one level in monk, and WotCM selected, I see only the +2 fire resistance from henshin mystic.
At Monk 3, I see +2 to all energy resistances, and at Monk 9, I see +4 to all. So that looks a little as though there's +2 per tier, but the bottom tier is broken. On the other hand, at Monk 9, I see +3 to haggle. I don't have an easy way to test this on a 15+ monk, but it looks like this got broken in the enhancement pass.
And I care about this at least some, because I have noticed that the WotCM resistances stack with gear and/or airship buffs, and +8 to all energy resists wouldn't be horrible at all.
