Ninja spy's limits

The enhancements say dex for to hit/ damage for all piercing/ slashing damage? Well what range of weapons do they work with? If a monk has whirling steel strike or zen archery does it apply to bows and long swords then?

I would say that it works with ANY pierce/slash weapon as long as you are centered with them, not sure about the bow since the bow doesnt have slash/peirce damage the arrows do. but the sword it should work.

course, my only ninja spy uses handwraps (dex to damage works with the ivy wraps, but none of the others, nto sure if vorpal strikes will let it work for them or not either, it SHOULD, but since the ninja spy poison doesnt currently work with it I doubt it does).

Very unfortunate but it does work with bows. :( I have a monkcher that I considered taking Shadow Veil on but with all my boosts available taking the pre-req for Shadow Veil that you're talking about would result in 5+ less damage per arrow. The problem is that since Bow Strength isn't part of the item but a separate feat this ability takes effect on bows even if it results in a loss of damage.

Well thanks for the answer.. Maybe someone can clarify with bows. I read in another thread about it working with shortbows and wondered if it was true with shortbows along with longbows. I was thinking of helf longsword monk in the future.
