Yet again you all are either inadvertiantly screwing things up or you purposefully did it. Regardless monk past life feats are screwed up. The new system took out the stackin die step, and in its place is a broken system. With three monk past lives instead of starting out with a d10 you are stuck with a d6. Yeah they increase the amount but even that is broken. With three monk past lives and the active feat I should have a base dmg of 6.5 (1d6) yet I am still only getting the base monk dmg with no past life bonus. With the passive feat you are supposed to get +3 to dmg....yeah not getting that either!

I just checked my Palemaster/Monk to double check. It has 2 lvls of monk and is gettting 1.5(1d6) where as my main has three past lives and the active feat and only getting 2(1d6) with four lvls of monk.

:( one of 2 past lives actually worth TRing for on a melee. I have 3 monk past lives on my main and my #2 is almost finished with his 3rd monk life. ugh, you are going to make me have to do some testing.
Might be a display issue, my kensai wasn't showing the proper crit range with DWaxes but was in fact criting correctly. Hopefully...

Monk unarmed damage scaling was changed a few patches ago. Instead of using the DnD scale stepping (1d6>1d8>1d10>etc) they use a 1d6 base all the time but get modifiers to the weapon damage multiplier [W]. The step chart is laid out here in the "Unarmed Damage" column here:
http://ddowiki.com/page/Monk
Essentially every four levels of Monk you increase your weapon damage multiplier for unarmed attacks by 0.5. With just 2 levels of monk, you just get 1[1d6] as a base.
In addition, the Monk active past life feat increases your die step by 1 *STEP* (not to be confused with +1[W]). This gives you an additional 0.5 weapon damage multiplier.
So, with 2 levels of monk and the Monk active past life feat you should be at 1.5[1d6], which if I'm not missing something matches what you've got.
I just skimmed the Pale Master enhancements and didn't see anything about an increase to unarmed damage, though I could very well have missed something. Which is a change from pre-U19, because originally I think the Zombie form increased your unarmed damage. Looks like post-U19 it doesn't (and isn't supposed to).

Four levels of monk gives you 1.5[1d6], then you add the extra unarmed damage step from the active past life and that puts you at 2[1d6]. Without any other bonuses like Reinforced Fists or Earth stance+Jidz Tet'ka that's where you should be.
Now, you should also be getting +1 damage for each of those passive Monk past life feats, so really you should be hitting for (before STR and items):
2[1d6]+3
