Are tactics still proc'ing on the offhand?

I just set the enhancements on one of my characters and went into the King's Forest to mess around. I didn't have a chance to do real tests (dinner and life called) but it didn't seem like I was getting multiple tactics firing off.

Anyone validate this? I saw someone reporting that multiple assassinates weren't firing (and I've TR'd that toon, so no checking that).

Would love to hear what folks have seen before I go monkeying around with other stuff.

Fair certain I was seeing them on my guy (wraps). Assassinate was - then again, I took some time off.

I remember when weapon stuff stopped; I was more thinking about wraps and had (apparrently) mis-remembered they used to proc on the offhand chance too (stunning blow/fist).

Either way, it's looking like that's yet another toon I'll need to re-tool. Painful suckitude - too many things TRing right now.
