View Full Version : First time install of Mac Client

I am seeking assistance getting the Mac client installed on a Macbook pro running 10.8.3

I read Katie's note and solved the first roadblock(damaged download file). Now the launcher quits unexpectedly and repeatedly. Crash log is below:

It looks like you figured out the problem from another post in a different thread, but in case anyone wanders into this thread with the same problem -copy the game from the disk image to your /Applications folder. You can't run the game from the disk image.

And yes, I read through various threads, luckily found your comments and was able to solve two simple but unavoidable issues for most new Mac DDO fans. We shall see if a moderator has the wherewithall to sticky your fixes so new folks can streamline install and avoid well known well documented snags.
