Does Shifting Rake activate on Deception weapons?

Like the title says, has anybody tested this?

Also does the Ranger DWS melee/ranged auto-bluff attack trigger Shifting Rake?

I'm thinking of starting a Ranger/Druid char to take advantage of this if it works.
