THF Pally past life - 10pal/ 8 fighter/ 2 monk

I currently have an 8pal/2monk WF on a first TR that I am doing to get a pally past life. Originally I was going to go 18/2, but with the new enhancement pass I am thinking that swapping 8 levels of pally for 8 levels of fighter might make this a more effective THF melee char. You no longer need 18 to get the full heal amp benefit of hunter of the dead (which was originally a big part of the draw, due to being WF), and having access to the kensai tree will pretty much certainly provide more damage than going 18 pally for zeal. And with the 2 monk levels, I can pick up the adept/master of forms feats If I want and be centered for ki and monk stances due to kensai.

might be a bit tight on the AP's should be able to get at least 2 of the kotc heal amp enhanecments, if your going 8 fighter for the top tier maybe might go 9 paladin and 3 monk and see if you can get fists of light you can be centered using your weapon of choice apparently so might give more healing than 10 paladin
