Has anyone determined if the Endless Turning enhancement (increasing the regen rate of turns) stacks with the Endless Turning epic destiny ability from Unyielding Sentinel?

Has anyone determined if the Endless Turning enhancement (increasing the regen rate of turns) stacks with the Endless Turning epic destiny ability from Unyielding Sentinel?

I THINK it does, but have not specifically tested it. I do know they "seem" to regen much slower when I only have the Enhancement going but not the ED ability (such as when I'm leveling in another Destiny and not in US).
The descriptions of both the destiny and the enhancement do appear to imply that they stack as well:

"Turn undead regenerates every 2 minutes, or [10/20/30]% faster if it already regenerates."

"Turn Undead uses regenerate at a rate of one every 120 seconds, or 10% faster per rank if it already regenerates. (3 ranks)"
