Frenzied Berserker ToD Set Not Applying

I have the Frenzied Berserker set from ToD. I have reset my enhancements so I have the 5th tier core enhancement which is Death Frenzy. However on my buff bar, the 2nd tier of the ToD buff does not apply. I can take off one item and put it back on, and my STR is only changed by +1 due to the exceptional STR, not the +2 I'm supposed to get from tier two.

Any suggestions?

bug reported it, i have the same problem.

some said that the FB capstone gives back the TOD set bonus.

2 reasons not to use that tough:
1, multiclassing is too good atm, there is no reason to go beyond lv 12 on a barb
2, EE Emo assasins doing 250 damage with a sharp piece of metal on (a heavy) chain whille having 180 fort?? FB barb takes enough damage as it is and doesn't need more self inflicted pain.
