Toughness feat not working right?

So last night I had a wild hair to swap out a feat for another toughness.
On my lvl25 Stalwart Defender (18ftr/2mnk) in Unyielding Sentinel destiny. Before the feat swap I was standing at 1893hp. After swapping Improved Sunder for another Toughness feat I was up to 1896hp! Woohoo!! Swap a feat and gain 3 hp's!
I know I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but shouldn't Toughness give at least 20hp? I entered a bug report on this, but a dev response or community input would be appreciated on this issue.

ok initial thought

Did you try switching your Epic Destiny (I prefer to do this to one I don't have any twists in) and then switch back? I find that after an LR, Feat swap, Enhancement changes, ED redistribution or Twist changes that EDs are not always properly applied

Did you make sure that all stances were activated?

Improve sunder is a way better feat than toughness, Fred was just trying to tell/show you that in a messed up way. :P

Didn't try swapping destinies. Did try the old log out then back in trick.
Yeah all clickies were activated. I'll try the destiny thing when I get home from work and see if it makes a difference.

I swapped because the IS would rarely land. Love IS on my barb and it lands nearly every try!
But, on my lower str SD, landing an IS felt like a lost cause...

Heh I wonder if the Toughness per-level HP doesn't stack with the +HP from Stalwart Defender. That'd explain why you only get 3 bonus HP from the feat :)
