I logged into DDO yesterday, only to find that all of my characters have lost their enhancements. Putting the mouse pointer onto the Action Points icon in the upper left corner tells me to select "Enhancements window" from the "Main Menu". Unfortunately, there is no such offering the the Main Menu, at least the Main Menu reached via the ESC key.

So I went to a trainer and said I wanted to apply Action Points. That brought up a different enhancement selection window that I'm used to. It reminds me of Worlds of Warcraft.

Try as I may, I am unable to select any of the enhancements. I have tried l-click, double l-click, r-click, all to no avail. I cannot see any function buttons.

So, I humbly ask, how do I select my enhancements now?

did you try clicking the first enhancement for each tree in bottom of panels? It opens up each tree so you can spend points there.

the "main menu" is not the escape menu but a windows start button style menu at the bottom left, round DDO icon. you can use this anywhere in town (can view in quest, but not edit) and as mentioned above you have to click a core ability at the bottom to open up a tree. hunt for the white borders to see what you can and cant click on

Control-R calls up the enhancements menu.

You'll notice that your Enhancement options are ghosted out, except for the lowermost left one. Clicking that will unlock the first Tier of enhancements, and successive tiers will become unlocked as you spend more and more points.

If you hover over any given enhancement, it'll tell you what you still need to do to unlock it.

Control-R calls up the enhancements menu.
And closes it. The window can also be opened in any public area.
