Back after break and cannot buy TP??/

So I took a break and decided to use existing TP to purchase new content, only to find im a bit short...so I go to spend a few bucks to buy 600 more.... I get "System is not available. Please try again later." What the heck? Expansion comes out and I cannot purchace a few points to buy?????

So I got the points bought the pack...and now its down again!! Grr I assume after log out it would be active, but I fear there is an issue. Anyone have the same problem?
