You finally fixed Baudry's, just to break Miller's Debt
Half a dozen of the brand new quests have serious bugs. Seriously, one of them basically has to be completed on Casual?
The free LR didn't work right, so I couldn't take a Past Life feat. I couldn't even swap out for one at Fred.
I just got hit with such crippling lag (on Argo) that I quit. Afterward, I couldn't even log back in. At least I have plenty of free time on my hands to complain on the forums...:mad:
I already started a thread (http://[/COLOR) about the min level "fix".
If the new XP penalty for repeating quests works the way I think it does, XP pots just got a lot less useful. I can't wait to not farm Litany this life, unless I want to do it over a few days.
Even on release day for the new Expansion, there still aren't any LFMs (Granted, I just TR'd, but still...)
Slaying Arrows are now useless. RIP Arcane Archers. Boy am I glad I just TR'd. Luckily I got to try out the old Slaying Arrows for the first time last night before they became extinct.
Oh, but I actually like a lot about the new enhancements! And I'm glad to see a lot more Dev communication than in the past.
Unfortunately, I really had my hopes up that you guys would get things turned around with this expansion. I was looking forward to some improvements, increased server population as old players came back to try out the new stuff, and some real player focused development to balance out all the cash grabs that we've seen lately (those all seem to work perfectly). Because my hopes were so high, my disappointment is even more pronounced.
I feel sorry for those of you that interact with us all the time, because I'm sure you have the best interests of the game at heart and sincerely want to produce a quality product. I'm willing to bet the problems are somewhere above your heads. But the bottom line is that I'm completely underwhelmed by DDO these days. If my VIP sub wasn't good through next spring, I'd be long gone by now. :(

EDIT: As pointed out in another thread, XP farming is still possible under the new system, it's just that the old assumptions are no longer valid. In some ways the new system is more forgiving, in some ways less. However, different isn't necessarily bad, so retracting that complaint.
The min level adjustment on BtA gear is still irritating, but, in the interest of full disclosure, can be mitigated somewhat by Cannith crafting on BtA items with masterful craftsmanship shards.
And I'm pleasantly surprised to see Turbine fixing at least a couple of the bugs ASAP with tomorrow's patch.
All in all, anger levels abating somewhat and approaching mere annoyance rather than full blown rage. (Which, coincidentally, does leave one fatigued and/or exhausted. Huh.)
